Responsabilitati
You are the right hand of the plant manager and you support him in the coaching of the responsibles of the diferent department such as knitting, weaving etc

You assure the continuity of all lean manufactoring actions and principles that have already beed implemented in the production plant in Romania

You are a born people manager that coaches and managers the people

You do the folow up of our bonus system for the production workers and coach the departmanet managers to apply it in the correct manner

By doing audits in all the departments, you follow up our training system and the visual management in the factory

You are driven by the ideeas o the lean manufacturing system and you will guide our company in Romania towards higher performance results and a lean company







Cerinte
Master degree
Very good knowledge in lean manufaturing, experience in implementing the system, knowledge of TPS (Toyota Production System) is a big asset
At least 5 years experience in the production enviroment
English language knowledge - advanced level 
Knowledge of ISO 9000
People manager, responsible,  honest, reliable and analytical
