Our training programmes are not standard ones, but tailor-made for each client, as a result of an initial diagnosis. We provide our training participants with learning experiences, that allow them to assess their current level of skills compared to the desired one and to understand which actions they can take in order to improve their competencies and increase their performance at work. 

The consulting services cover the following intervention areas: assessment centres, facilitation of strategy meetings, employees’ satisfaction surveys, customer satisfaction surveys, organisational culture and effectiveness studies, etc.

Recently introduced in our services portfolio, the outplacement services can be used both by companies going through restructuring processes and which fire people and by companies involved in mergers/acquisitions, where some jobs are doubled or layoffs are necessary. Mainly, the outplacement implies professional counselling and guidance for the dismissed persons. It is a benefit offered by the employer to the employees and ensures, at the same time, an easier transition of the company through the diffciult period of layoffs.
