     Each organisation has at its disposal amazing resources to become more effective through its people and each person has, in their turn, amazing resources to increase their organisation’s performance.
     The extent to which organisations use these resources depends, on one hand, on how aware their employees are about their contributions to the organisational goals, and, on the other hand, on the behaviours organisations encourage through their organisational cultures.

      Our training programmes approach all the aspects of this graph, as we set out:
          - to improve the participants’ knowledge concerning the discussed subjects;
          - to make the participants aware of their own attitutes and behaviours and of the consequences these behaviours have on their activity;
          - to develop rational and interpersonal proesses that facilitate team-work;
          - to make the participants understand the means they have at their disposal inside the organisation and how they can use them in order to create a constructive organisational culture.

     Our training programmes are interactive and practical, as the H&H Consulting trainers play mostly the part of facilitators, who guide the participants through their own knowledge and experiences, to conclusions and improvement measures. Thus, the principles, rules and techniques specific to each subject are the results of the participants’ contributions, after they have been involved in exercises, simulations, games, discussion groups and study cases.

     What training programmes can we deliver?

          1. Personal development programmes

          Know yourself in order to develop yourself Duration: 1 day
     The programme is dedicated to entry-level employees and offers the participants the opportunity to become aware of their own attitudes and behavioural styles, to understand how these attitudes and behaviours affect their effectiveness in the work-place and to establish a plan for personal development.

          Interpersonal Communication Duration: 2 days
     The programme is dedicated to persons of any hierarchical level, who wish to develop their communication and interaction skills. The training helps participants become aware of their own styles of interacting with the others and practice methods and techniques for making themselves better understood, for being more persuasive and more assertive in their communications and for approaching conflict situations constructively.

          Presentation Skills Duration: 1 day
     The programme is dedicated to persons of any hierarchical level, who wish to improve their skills of making presentations or delivering speeches in front of a public.


          Time Management Duration: 2 days
     The programme is dedicated to persons of any hierarchical level, who wish to improve the way they organise themselves. The training offers the participants the opportunity to practice methods and techniques for becoming more effective in establishing goals and priorities and for improving the ways they organise their activity.

          Developing Your Sales Skills 
     The programme has two different levels, according to the sales experience of the participants. 

          Basic Techniques in Business-to-Business Sales Duration: 2 days
The programme is dedicated to persons at the beginning of their career in sales and helps participants understand and practice the techniques at their disposal in different stages of the sales process, from contacting a potential client to finalising the transaction and offering post-sales services.

          The Customers’ Loyalty is Up to You! Duration: 2 days
     The programme is dedicated to persons who are experienced in the field of sales and who wish to refine their skills of interacting with the customers. The training focuses on identifying those attitudes and behavioural styles of sales people that contribute to develping positive, long-term relationships with the customers. 

          Developing Your Negotiation Skills Duration: 2 days
     The programme is dedicated to sales people, buyers and other persons involved in negotiations inside their companies. The training helps participants become aware of their own styles of approaching a negotiation and practice the techniques of evaluating the positions of the two parties, of strengthening their own case and of adjusting their negotiation strategy to each context.

     2. Team Development Programmes

          Team Strategy Workshop
     The programme is dedicated to management teams of any level (first-line, middle and top management) and its objective is to develop the skills of problem-solving and of establishing strategies inside the team.

     The programme sets out to:
          - Facilitate communication among team members;
          - Develop the rational and interpersonal processes the team needs in order to get results; 
          - Identify and overcome the problems that arise while the team works together;
          - Identify the behavioural styles inside the team and make participants aware of the impact of these styles.  

          Team-Building
     Our training programmes are totally adjusted to the requirements of our customers. They may contain outdoors or indoors activies and their objectives can be:
          - Increasing the team’s cohesion;
          - Developing trust among team members;
          - Facilitating communication inside the team;
          - Solving problems inside the team;
          - Improving the time management inside the team;
          - Solving the conflicts inside the team;
          - Stimulating the creativity in solving problems.

     3. Managerial Development Programmes

     Conflict Management Duration: 2 days
          The programme is dedicated to persons in management positions (first-line and middle management). Conflicts are neither good nor bad; they are inavoidable in any group of people who work together. The way we approach and manage conflicts can be constructive or not. The training helps participants improve their understanding of the causes and of the means of solving the conflicts in which they are involved, either directly or as mediators.

     Leadership Duration: 2 days
          The programme is dedicated to persons in management positions and its content can be adjusted according to the hierarchical level of the participants (first-line, middle or top management). The training helps participants understand and practice the leadership styles, the means of influencing a team and of motivating its members and the techniques of creating an open and cooperating work environment.

     Planning and Decision Making Duration: 1 day
          The programme is dedicated to persons in management positions (first-line and middle management) and helps participants understand the stages in managing a project and practice the decision-making skills.

     Organisational Development Duration: 3 days
          The programme is dedicated to persons in top management positions. As organisational culture is made up of behavioural norms, values and beliefs shared by the organisational members and has a strong impact on the organisation’s activity and results, any process of organisational development needs to take into account the change of the culture. The training helps participants understand the factors that influence organisational culture and the consequences the culture has over organisational outcomes, the levers for change they can use and the stages in initating a process of organisational development.

     Strategy and Strategic Planning Duration: 2 days
          The programme is dedicated to persons in top management positions. An organisation’s success highly depends on its leaders’ vision and on the strategies they use in order to achieve organisational goals. The training helps participants understand the concept of strategy and use the instruments that are specific to strategic planning.

     According to the specific training needs of your company, we will find together the most appropriate content and structure of the training programmes. 
     Our training programmes are developed for groups of 8-12 participants.

     Besides our courses, we can also offer you individualised training programmes for the development of managerial and leadership skills.
