Ruxandra Hanea

Organisational Development Consultant

Ruxandra founded H&H Consulting in 2001 and started the two departments that exist in the company: Consulting/training and recruitment/outplacement. At present, she is involved in organisational culture and effectiveness surveys, sales and management audits, facilitation of strategy meetings, coaching, development programmes for management teams, etc.
Ruxandra’s previous experience was in sales and marketing in the field of telecommunications and in recruitment and selection.
Ruxandra graduated the Trade-Marketing Faculty from the Academy of Economic Sciences Bucharest and a Master on “Marketing Systems” at the same university.
Ruxandra is an accredited Human Synergistics and Thomas International consultant.
 

Cristina Bacila

Organizational Development Consultant

Cristina joined H&H Consulting in 2005, as an Organisational Development Consultant. She has conducted organisational culture and effectiveness surveys, sales audits, customer satisfaction surveys, team workshops and team-buildings, has facilitated strategy meetings, has delivered training programmes for the development of soft-skills (communication, conflict management, time management, leadership, sales, negotiation, etc.).
Her previous experience was in customer care and in sales in the telecommunications field.
Cristina graduated the Faculty of Economics from “Babes-Bolyai” University Cluj-Napoca and attended a Master on “Management Communication and Human Resources” at the Faculty of Public Relations and Communcation “David Ogilvy” Bucharest.
Cristina is an accredited Human Synergistics and Thomas International consultant.
 

Anca Rahaian

Recruitment and Selection Consultant

Anca joined H&H Consulting in June 2008, as a recruitment and selection consultant, and has been involved in recruitment projects for technical jobs and for middle and top-management positions.
Her previous experience was in career counselling, coordinating sociologic surveys in Sibiu county and recruitment and selection of personnel in the technical and production fields.
Anca graduated the Sociology-Etnology Faculty from “Lucian Blaga” University Sibiu, is an accredited Thomas International consultant and an AJOFM career counsellor. 

Lucia Fratila

Recruitment and Selection Consultant, non-technical positions

Lucia joined H&H Consulting in 2008, as a Recruitment and Selection Consultant and has been involved in recruitment projects for non-technical positions.
Her previous experience was in customer care and sales and, further on, as a psychologist in an NGO, where she coordinated two projects: one for assisting and counselling 50 disabled children and young people from three counties and a Centre for Home Care Services for 50 elderly people from Sibiu.
Lucia graduated the Faculty of Psychology from “Lucian Blaga” University Sibiu in 2004 and attended in Brasov a training delivered by APFC Iasi, after which she was accredited by the Board of Psychologists as a counsellor for couple and family therapy.
Lucia is an accredited Thomas International and Cognitrom Assessment System consultant.

Mioara Rău

Customer Relations Assistant

Mioara joined our team in 2008, as a Customer Relations Assistant. She has been in charge of the administrative activities of our company’s projects, both in the recruitment and selection processes and in preparing the support materials for our training programmes. Day by day, Mioara deals with our candidates and clients, by giving information about the labour market and by promptly responding to all the questions regarding the vacant positions and the projects in process.
Mioara’s previous experience was in working with customers in the medical field.
Mioara graduated the Faculty of Letters, History and Journalism from “Lucian Blaga” University Sibiu, department of Journalism, in 2002 and attended a Master on “Business Communication and Public Relations” at the Faculty of Economics Sibiu.

Carmen Duşa

Financial-Accounting and Administrative Responsible

Carmen joined H&H Consulting in 2007 and has eversince been responsible for the financial-accounting and administrative activities.
Her previous experience was a similar one, as an economist in two different fields, trade and non-life insurance.
Carmen graduated the Faculty of Economics from “Lucian Blaga” University Sibiu, department of “Finances and Banking” in 2007.
